• GBP 10-15 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• You will run the machinery in the bagging factory to make palletized goods, store them in the yard and warehouse utilizing counterbalance forklift trucks, load and unload vehicles, perform daily checks, help with breakdowns and fault discovery, and clean the facility so that it can function at peak efficiency.
• As the manufacturing schedule requires, you must load and unload bulk products both locally and remotely.
• Maintaining asset condition by completely participating with all autonomous maintenance chores with specific attention on plant cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and basic service operations.
• Collaborate with your coworkers to achieve the site’s safety, productivity, and budgetary goals. Tarmac’s Safety Management Systems, as well as the site’s own systems, policies, and procedures, must followed at all times.
• Lime operations that promote and encourage cross-functional teamwork.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Continual efforts to raise the bar on health, safety, and environmental protection
• To have or pursue IOSH Safe work practices or other appropriate credentials 
• Have process industry experience (preferred) working as an operator.
• Certified operator of a counterbalanced forklift
• Competence in running machinery in accordance with established protocols
• Methods and instruments for constant enhancement
