To the Division Head, Spare Parts Sales & Business Development, a Sales Coordinator reports. The Sales Coordinator’s duties include maintaining inventory, liaising with shipping firms, preparing quotes, and registering assets.

• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Processing requests for spare parts, including contacting vendors, generating quotes for clients, and placing orders with wholesalers.
• Manages requests for replacement parts and engine components linked to maintenance.
• Creating sales quotes for repairs and maintenance in the shop, on board, and for replacement parts in accordance with all MAN regulations.
• Maintains contact with suppliers and logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of engine components and replacement parts.
• Ensures that MAN ES Product HQ is kept in the loop
• Compiles reports on sales data and client questions on a regular basis.
• Guarantees prompt and precise price estimates
• Communication with shipping firms
• Manages sales order deadlines by collaborating with MAN ES Product HQ’s
• keeps detailed records of all business dealings
• Answers a wide variety of consumers’ questions
• You should strive to improve the hit rate, order intake, and quote process efficiency.
• Maintaining records and procedures in a timely manner, as required by the firm.
• To take persistent action to enhance in-house operations and quality and achieve sales KPIs.
• In order to keep the amount of misshipments, late shipments, and customer complaints to a minimum throughout processing.
• To aid the company’s sales force in reaching their quotas.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Knowledge of engines and a bachelor’s degree in engineering are both preferred.

   

• Capable of conveying ideas clearly
• Competent with CRM/PrimeShop/MyPlaceUse Experienced with SAP Business One
• Sales Prowess for Replacement Components
