Salary Medical Referral Coordinator job:

• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Deals with stakeholders and teammates with the utmost professionalism at all times.
• Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures, including those pertaining to HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborates with primary care physicians to set up patient referrals for specialized services that aren’t offered through CAS.
• Oversees all aspects of patient referrals and helps patients schedule urgent care and emergency visits in accordance with their insurance policies.
• Collects medical data, escorts patients to off-site appointments, and guarantees good patient control.
• Assists the case manager Coordinates bills and payments as the leader.
• Works in tandem with representatives from the Department of State as required.
• Responsible for handling incoming calls and messages as part of administrative duties.
• Providing first-rate customer service by accurately and quickly responding to patient queries.
• To keep up with current developments, policy requirements, and regulations; actively participate in office operations on a daily basis; attend a number of meetings; and form task force groups with the goal of improving procedural processes and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Taking part in drills and events involving widespread casualties.
• Additional responsibilities may arise.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Three years of relevant work experience required
• The usual indoor office setting used to carry out the work.
• Working conditions necessitate extended durations of both sitting and standing.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to fifteen pounds perhaps required.
• Extra Specific Needs
• Need to be available on call in case of a rotation.
• Possess the necessary clearances to operate business vehicles and keep them current.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English essential for successful communication.
• No one is accompanying you in this role.
• Capable of passing a Department of State background check, should one be necessary.
• Ability to move to Doha, Qatar required.
