Job Duties and Overview:

• In order to carry out the principal’s designated teaching duties in the designated classroom. Observe all rules and regulations set down by the school.
• Organize, design, and present engaging courses that address learning outcomes as outlined in the school curriculum.
• Let every student realize his or her full academic potential by setting appropriate intellectual challenges.
• Conduct regular self-evaluations; examine and revise lesson plans, pedagogical resources, and other instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain a dedication to CPD and in-service training (INSET).
• Keep the classroom organized and positive.
• Give pupils constructive criticism on their work in a timely way.
• Keep your understanding of the subject areas you cover in class current.
• The development and progress of students should be documented and reported on.
• Meet with students, parents, and coworkers to review progress.
• Cover for coworkers who are out sick if needed.
• Never miss a staff meeting, parent-teacher conferences, year-end celebrations, or school-wide activities.
• In order to participate actively in extracurricular activities and the school’s enrichment program.
• Responsible for the students’ social and emotional growth and fulfilling any pastoral responsibilities assigned to you as a form teacher.
• Make sure all kids have chances to grow spiritually, morally, socially, and culturally.
• To carry out supervisorial responsibilities according to approved schedules.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Finished undergraduate work leading to a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline.
• Having taught in an EYFS or primary school setting for at least three years, preferably within the British Curriculum.
• Very good communicator with a command of the English language.
• Jolly Phonics certification is preferred for EYFS applicants.
• Native English speaker
• One benefit is PSGE.
