Assuring the accuracy of all paperwork, picking, packing, and dispatching all sales orders to achieve 100% DIFOT, and unloading, checking, and storing all incoming deliveries as needed.

Job Duties and Overview:

• Maintain a risk-free workplace by strictly following all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and making sure everyone on the team follows them.
• Goods and services must be received, stored, and sent out according to a well-thought-out plan. Assure timely and accurate material delivery in accordance with customer specifications and timeframes.
• Maintain order accuracy while minimizing handling and stock damage by supervising and controlling the workflow of products in, goods out, and order picking.
• Schedule, oversee, and handle stock takes on a regular basis.
• Improving the receiving, identifying, dispatching, and quality assurance processes to the point where customers are completely satisfied
• Get the word out about what’s expected of you on the job, and then help your staff grow professionally so that you can achieve your goals.
• Establish adequate workforce levels and distribute tasks accordingly.
• Interact with clients and sales staff to resolve issues and answer inquiries
• Use reports to track warehouse status and keep track of items and related paperwork.
• Responsible for keeping records, reporting pertinent information, and drafting any required paperwork.
• The execution of routine maintenance in accordance with established health and safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Highly esteemed background in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Must be able to operate a forklift and a reach truck competently and legally.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting, preferably in warehousing or distribution
• Expertise AX (Respected)
• Desirable: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; and a Certificate II or III in supply chain management or logistics.
• An established method that prioritizes safety
