Job Duties and Overview:

• In charge of ensuring that the establishment adheres to the required levels of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as the maintenance of all service equipment
• Ensure that the payment details of guests are handled in accordance with the standards of the PCI.
• Mis-en-place and mis-en-scene are terms that refer to the duty of being responsible for all service preparations before, during, and after the ceremony.
• Upselling strategies should be actively utilized in order to surpass the expectations of guests and enhance income.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Certificate of completion of high school is required at a minimum.
• At least two years of experience in the relevant field.
• Exceptional communication abilities, with a command of the English language.
• A familiarity with the Micros system
• Capable of performing duties under pressure while maintaining the highest possible levels of customer service standards when working with customers.
• An outstanding attention on the customer and delivery of service.
