Job Duties and Overview:

• Makes ensuring the line department is providing service that is both efficient and outstanding. Verifies that all packing and linen assembly processes are executed accurately for every flight.
• Assists with departmental productivity organization. Carry out the duties and responsibilities associated with the packing of linens.
• Ongoing process improvement within the department through evaluation of current procedures and recommendation of necessary adjustments to the Lead Officer.
• It is your responsibility to find a training development program and make sure that all of the department team leaders participate in it.
• Assumes full accountability for the Linen department’s compliance with all QACC rules and regulations, including the utilization and
• implementation of all customer specifications, requirements, and paperwork.
• Worked in tandem with the in-house quality assurance team to establish and enforce rules and procedures for hygienic safety in order to lessen the effect of FOB.
• After identifying any non-conformities related to linen, standard uplifts, or operational processes, we promptly address them by implementing the necessary tests to guarantee they satisfy airline standards.
• Taking charge of Through the years, Efficiency in roasting, making the most of products, and recycling them all contribute to minimizing expenses and overhead.
• Execute additional responsibilities assigned by the department head as they pertain to one’s role.
