Job Duties and Overview:

• To oversee the Stewarding Department and guarantee that it is run with the utmost professionalism, offering consistently kind, accommodating service.
• It is expected that you will be able to oversee, correct, and demonstrate your proficiency in all jobs and tasks at your assigned workplace to the established standards.
• Using the multitasking principle, delegate tasks to subordinates and then monitor their progress on a regular basis.
• Working with HR, we will create a database of potential part-time workers.
• Always be there for the operation, but especially when things are hectic, and be a hands-on manager.
• To establish a scheduling system that is adaptable according to the needs of the company.
• Making ensuring the store has plenty of everything it needs, including operating equipment, food and drink, and FF&E, and keeping track of inventory levels meticulously.
• Every piece of operational equipment and supply must undergo a monthly inventory check.
• To manage the procurement, safekeeping, and precise utilization of all operational materials and equipment.
• Preparing for Outlet and Banquet events requires regular pre-shift meetings with staff.
• To coordinate day-to-day operations and quality assurance with the Food and Beverage Department and the Kitchen.
• For the purpose of supplying each outlet with dry, clean operational equipment.
• For the purpose of keeping all cooking equipment in the food preparation areas dry and clean.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the food and drink areas in the kitchen and the back of the house by supervising independent cleaners.
• Maintain a high level of criticality and demand for service quality.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• 2-year background in the field, with a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Solid experience with HACCP protocols and their implementation
• Very good operational, practical, and administrative abilities.
• A genuine “team-player” mindset and adaptability to a wide variety of jobs
• A person with a warm and welcoming demeanor who is enthusiastic about providing outstanding service and who can reliably uphold the vocoTM service standards
