Salary Warehouse Supervisor job:

• AED 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Making notes and reports on production procedures, tool performance, inventory, and problems; presenting these to supervisors and offering recommendations to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.

   

• Making sure all processes and products are up to par in terms of safety and quality by maintaining and updating documents pertaining to operating procedures and safety and quality standards.

   

• Keeping an eye on the day-to-day operations of production line employees, including delegating jobs, coordinating various teams, checking in on their safety, and keeping tabs on how well they’re doing.

   

• Activities such as welcoming new employees, resolving scheduling disputes, keeping an eye on workplace safety, and encouraging open lines of communication are all part of building a culture that values teamwork and constant progress.
