Job Duties and Overview:

• Prior to and during peak service periods, you will be responsible for bussing, clearing, and cleaning tables as well as sweeping and clearing the floors.
• Uses trays, bus tubs, or carts to safely move dishes and utensils from the living room to the kitchen.
• Ensures a seamless flow of service by washing dishes, glasses, and pots; cleans cooking stations and equipment to a high standard of sanitation.
• Depending on the equipment assigned, scrapes and rinses dishes by hand or puts them in racks or on a conveyor to the dishwashing machine. Makes sure everything is spotless and sanitary.
• Assists in meal service by ensuring that display equipment is clean, debris-free, and in accordance with all sanitation and safety regulations.
• Ensures safe lifting practices while assisting with the receipt of heavy shipments from the pier and their transportation to designated storage facilities.
• Other tasks may also be allocated.
