- It is necessary to have completed secondary schooling.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant or comparable experience as a kitchen manager.
- Preferably someone with prior McDonald’s experience.
- A culinary arts certificate or diploma would be a plus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate
- Maintain control of the kitchen.
- Calculate the cost of food, the amount needed, and the appropriate serving sizes.
- Keep an eye on output and change it up or down as needed to satisfy demand.
- Observe the culinary workers as they work and offer comments on their methods.
- Keep the cooked food’s quality.
- Variously chops, slices, and shreds veggies.
- Foods prepared with meat in a grill or fryer pan.
- Keep the kitchen, back sink, and stock areas clean.
- Perform bending and lifting-related equipment maintenance on fryers and grills.
- The daily food safety checklist must be filled out.
- Gets to the bottom of food safety issues and fixes them right away.
- Make sure everyone on staff is healthy and washes their hands properly.
- Maintaining the freshness and safety of components is of utmost importance.
- Keep cross-contamination at bay.
- Creating dishes according to the tastes of patrons.
- Once, for special orders, coordinating with the front desk
- Please let the Manager know when the equipment needs to be serviced, repaired, or replaced.
- Ensure that all food, supplies, and equipment are properly accounted for and documented.
- Supervise delivery workers while they lift up to fifty pounds.
- Plan and oversee the work of kitchen assistants.
- Amenable to recruiting and supervising culinary experts.
