Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Work together with other members of the executive team to address the needs of your department.
• Communicate with executives to revise and negotiate departmental contracts.
• Conduct interviews and select new department heads.
• Making ensuring the organization’s goals are achieved by establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with other departments
• Directing the completion of client projects by collaborating with them to identify and meet their specific requirements
• Directing and advising employees on the application of company policy and procedure

Eligibility Criteria/About the Applicant

• degree in social sciences, economics, finance, management, or planning from a prestigious international or domestic university that is recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Must have worked in a related field for a minimum of eight years.
• Prior experience in human resources, institutional capacity building, monitoring and evaluation of e-government programs, or a similar field preferred.
• Upper Age Limit: 45
