Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Managing, populating, and updating the President’s calendar while keeping him informed. Handling both internal and external mail,
• including letters and office notes, for the president.
• Interactions between the President’s Office with both internal and external people through correspondence.
• Working in tandem with MAN-COM to plan and execute their meetings. • Coordinating and organizing board meetings.
• Making travel and hotel arrangements for the president and his entourage.
• Assisting the President and the President’s Office with both incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• The president will receive assistance with the administration and the scheduling of meetings.
• Taking signatures on President’s behalf and sending back or forwarding the paperwork to the appropriate parties.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Applicant

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business administration, finance, or a closely related discipline required.
• Experience in corporate banking, financial institutions, or trade financing is preferred, but required;
• a minimum of five years is required in a relevant field.
