Job Duties and Overview:

• Perform PEI operations on data file merging to guarantee clean merges and generate summaries of important results.

   

• Verify that all observations are properly attributed and that the reported data is consistent by reviewing the relevant data files and performing basic data cleaning.
• Complete analyses in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality data management practices.

   

• Help with data transformation and synchronization.

   

• Create presentations using data analysis as a foundation.

   

• Contribute to the process of preparing old data for conversion to modern database formats.

   

• Help employees set up and debug databases on their own computers.

   

• As the program’s needs change, you can help train field staff to use new data management systems.

   

• Assist the NEOC with risk assessments for cVDPV2 and WPV1, as well as with risk categorization twice yearly at the district and sub-district levels.

   

• Provide support for creating database modules.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Proven expertise managing data for PEIs, public health organizations, or large-scale businesses for a minimum of one year.
• Knowledge of how to use relational databases effectively.
• Proven ability to handle and analyze data
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.

   

• Proficiency with Epi Info, SPSS, or another statistical program.
