Job Duties and Overview:

  • Support cleaning workers, general services, building management, and driver logistics need to be coordinated and supervised.

  • Administration tasks such personnel registration, space allocation, and central/regional/local authority coordination.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

  • A graduate degree
  • or its international equivalent in a field related to corporate
  • or public management, law, the social sciences, or finance.
  • In lieu of a Master’s degree,
  • a Bachelor’s degree
  • three years of relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience in administration and/or programme support at the national or international level (with a Master’s degree) or three years with a Bachelor’s degree.


  • Experience in the use of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages is necessary.
  • Work experience with international organizations like the United Nations is a plus.
  • Workplace maintenance management experience is a plus.
