Job Duties and Overview:

• Offer support to both instructors and students while they learn.
• Encouraging and motivating pupils to engage in classroom activities is essential.
• Follow the classroom teacher’s instructions to the letter.
• Get everything ready to go; make good use of technology to help students learn
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• As a classroom monitor, you’ll also have to keep an eye on kids at lunch and recess.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Acquired through high school and the Education Assistant Program, further study at the university level

   

• You must be able to model excellent written and spoken English.
• To thrive in this role, you need to have a track record of managing behaviour, expertise with ESL students, a positive attitude, an abundance of patience, and the ability to adapt to different situations.
