Job Duties and Overview:

  • Oversight of ongoing OPC leases obtained for the Referendum, whose terms extend beyond the Federal Election.
  • Gather information and form new OPCs in preparation for the next federal election.
  • managing our facilities and the supporting infrastructure in conjunction with our contracted property managers.
  • Implementing environmentally friendly and sustainable techniques, as well as meeting the criteria of Commonwealth property policies, is part of this responsibility.
  • Work history as a consultant or government employee with a focus on lease acquisition.
  • Comprehensive familiarity with federally owned business property
  • Fluency with Commonwealth Procurement Standards and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 is required.
  • Demonstrated capacity to remain composed and productive even when faced with challenging situations.
  • I have a track record of effectively managing priorities and completing high-quality projects on schedule, under budget, and according to agreed-upon standards.
  • I have a track record of successfully communicating with stakeholders across a geographically scattered network, all while anticipating their needs and expectations.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to suggest and implement changes, as well as contribute to initiatives for the improvement of the company.
  • Proven track record of managing staff, including fostering capabilities, promoting career growth, and fostering professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

  • Workers at AEC must be permanent residents of Australia.
