Job Duties and Overview:

• Experience leading programs and teams, and a deep familiarity with employment programming, including conducting and interpreting Client Needs Assessments, coaching and mentoring Clients, and establishing partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and other stakeholders, required. Minimum of three years’ relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability directing business operations ensuring a range of goals, including financial and key performance measure targets, are fulfilled.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of success in collaborating with a wide range of team members to achieve common objectives.
• Effective leadership, team-building, and management abilities
• Highly developed abilities in planning, coordinating, interacting, and communicating both orally and in writing.
• Ability to think outside the box and swiftly adjust to the requirements of a new application.
• Able to manage stressful conditions in a fast-paced atmosphere; be calm under pressure.
• A familiarity with the local job market, relevant community resources, relevant government programs, effective job search strategies, career advancement, and unemployment-related difficulties.
• Competence with digital media, especially the Microsoft Office suite
• Must submit to a background check; must demonstrate a firm grasp of confidentiality and other professional norms of conduct.
