Job Duties and Overview:

• Always follows all corporate policies, procedures, and standards
• Greetings clients with a smile and good manners
• Displays exceptional customer service in line with Safeway’s initiatives
• Pay at the register using a variety of methods, including cash, checks, credit, gift cards, and debit.
• Providing Clients with Free Samples
• Lunches, salads, soups, entrées, and unique platters made from both hot and cold ingredients
• Using high-powered kitchen appliances like ovens, fryers, and slicers
• Placing purchases for goods
• Products’ receipt and rotation
• Creating displays for products

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Speed of learning
• Capable of working under pressure Very motivated and team oriented
• Strong customer service skills Proficient in both writing and verbal communication
• Performs duties in a responsible and safe manner; available for variable scheduling
• Experienced with different types of meat would be a plus. Evening and weekend availability is highly recommended.
• On Sundays only, I am available for scheduling at any time.
