Salary Contract Driver Trainer job:

• CAD 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Instruct individuals on the proper and efficient use of commercial motor vehicles by covering subjects such as provincial regulations, safe driving practices, and more. Conduct assessments to establish success or failure.
• Give the driver driving tests that mimic real-world conditions to see how well they can handle the vehicle. Find out whether the driver passed or failed the abilities test.
• Give training development personnel your thoughts on how well the session went and where they may make improvements.
• Be fair, ethical, and nondiscriminatory in all that you do, and make sure that your employees do the same.
• Ensure compliance with and backing of all business policies and processes. Strives to keep the workplace clean, healthy, and safe, and fully supports the company’s dedication to environmental and safety concerns.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Experience teaching commercial drivers (at least one year) preferred

   

• Optional: GED or high school diploma

   

• Have a current driver’s license that covers the vehicle(s) covered by the training.
• Demands travel, which necessitates dependable transportation and a schedule that may be adjusted as needed.
• You need to have a credit card and be ready to utilize it for business trips that can be reimbursed.
• Fluent in both English and French is an asset, but not necessary.
• Strong interpersonal, presentational, and linguistic abilities.
