Job Duties and Overview:

• Formulating goals for the routine tasks performed by customer service.
• Conducts audits for the Customer Care department.
• Put into action operational initiatives including evaluation and service quality standards for customers.
• Maximize efficiency to enhance the caliber of your service.
• Taking charge of the group when dealing with challenging calls, unhappy consumers, or problems that are too big for subordinates to solve.
• Reporting on findings and analyzing performance data to enhance operations.
• Maintain a high level of efficiency in service delivery by collaborating closely with the Line Manager.
• Follow the operational process and system setup when preparing and reviewing job instructions.
• Determine the root causes of client problems and devise proactive strategies for service recovery.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Requirements include a high school diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent (kind of diploma varies by role) and at least four years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Possess experience with handling potentially harmful materials and live animals
• Superb command of the English language, both in written and spoken forms.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic, a distinguishing feature.
• Skilled in using computers
• Interpersonal expertise to all levels.
• Good at conveying ideas and information.
• Dedicated to maintaining strict secrecy, able to work independently with little oversight in a variety of climates and shift patterns; able to put
• in long hours as needed for operations.
• Perform additional hours as directed by a supervisor in order to meet goals and contribute to a cohesive team.
• Must follow all QAS standard operating procedures.
• Mastery of the required technological tools
• Superior abilities in resolving conflicts, solving problems, and interacting with others.
