Salary Customer Front End Officer job:

Job Duties and Overview:

  • Oversee accounts to ensure timely orders, accurate pricing, accurate follow-up, and full order fulfillment.
  • Responds to inquiries from customers by phone about the goods and services offered by the business.
  • Determines the best course of action after identifying the customer’s wants
  • Markets and sells the goods and services offered by the business.
  • Examine and settle grievances.
  • Enters and monitors order status and uses a computer system to record inquiries and replies.
  • Resolve client complaints in a courteous and professional manner after reviewing them.
  • Accepts replacement orders, negotiates refunds, authorizes returns, and requests testing of returned products by internal quality or other
  • staff in response to consumer complaints about products or billing.
  • Within policy and following established processes, authorizes credit memos and refunds.
  • Oversee accounts to ensure timely orders, accurate pricing, accurate follow-up, and full order fulfillment.
  • Put strategies in place for account servicing.
  • Main point of contact for allocated clients’ marketing and sales efforts.
  • Implementation of marketing programs for given accounts.
  • Assist with consumer service in every way possible, including but not limited to providing and following up on pricing quotations, making
  • product and technical advice, and coordinating amongst departments to provide samples.
  • Create and execute plans to enhance responsiveness and customer service.
  • Schedule and plan capacity in conjunction with Operations and Logistics.
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries and advocate for their needs.
  • Assist clients with order entry, expediting, and shipment details in a timely manner as part of order management.
  • Resolve supply chain challenges by proactively communicating and offering alternatives.
  • Go to seminars for technical instruction.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

  • Highly preferred: a bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience working with customers, preferably for two or three years, is an asset.


  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and over the phone.
  • A strong ability to organize and enter data accurately. Excellent follow-up skills and a meticulous nature
  • Skilled in handling a wide variety of tasks and concerns.
