Salary Customer Service Officer:

• PKR 30000-50000 per Month

Job Duties and Overview:

• Keep order entries accurate and submitted on time.
• Interactions with customers to obtain order details on an as-needed basis.
• Various associated tasks, including basic office administration, auditing, reporting, filing, and providing assistance to customer service representatives as required.
• Maintain a safe working environment for oneself, one’s coworkers, and the manufacturing systems at all times.
• Keep the department or group’s common areas clean and tidy, remove trash, and lend a hand wherever needed.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Highly preferred: a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in data processing or a closely connected field for at least one to two years.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately.
• meticulous, very motivated, and takes the lead.
