Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acts as a technical expert on complicated and professional subjects
  • Help control with the analysis, interpretation of complicated records, contributing to the fulfilment of divisional and corporate goals.
  • Supports or leads tasks by making proper use of their expertise.

Eligibility criteria

  • Minimum work experience of 10 years required in Customer Technology tools
  • Certification in project management and customer interaction.
