Job Duties and Overview:

  • Keep external customers updated on the status of their orders and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with the rest of the team to guarantee that all customers’ needs are addressed;
  • Manage customer complaints and non-conformances; Process orders for subcontractors.
  • Control stock at customers’ locations to maintain restocking levels;
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to get orders out the door on schedule;
  • Provide customers with invoices; Encourage repeat business and growth by creating a loyal customer base;
  • Help out with pricing and invoicing, as needed;
  • Adjust the prices of consumables on a regular basis to reflect changes in the market.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

  • Sales coordination experience of one to three years’ duration;
  • Customers speak primarily English, thus fluency in both languages is required.
  • Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • knowledge of vendor managed inventory (VMI) and enterprise resource planning (ERP);
  • Possessing expertise in the flexible packaging industry;
  • A master of both oral and written expression;
  • disciplined, methodical, and able to set and achieve goals;
  • Capacity to perform under duress;
  • Motivated learner who can handle both solo and team projects well.
