Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• To disseminate information about PSW programs, create high-quality and easy-to-understand IEC materials (such as posters, brochures,
• video documentaries, photo documentation, success tales booklets, etc.) in both Urdu and English.
• To encourage ownership, brand loyalty, and effective communications across PSW, create communication tools like digital check-ins, newsletters, and newswires. 
• Make sure PSW and all of its activities are well-publicized by implementing regular press/media engagement initiatives.
• To achieve PSW’s long-term goals in external communications, use your own connections to journalists and media organizations to your advantage.
• Assist the Communications Manager in expanding the organization’s reach and reputation through national and regional print and electronic
• media, including wire services, newspapers, and national and international media outlets. This will be achieved through a combination of traditional and digital media interventions.
• Creation of fresh media content for PSW’s online offerings.
• Always be learning and growing in your field so you may be up-to-date on the newest communication technologies.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Applicant

• The department’s social media specialist, graphic designer, communications officers, and other designated creative and support resources can be guided and supported by someone with good abilities in writing, editing, layout, and design.
• Collaborate with PSW’s advertising agency, production companies, media partners, and other teams as assigned by the Communications Manager.
• Contribute to the creation of the communications plan by assisting the marketing management team.
• Keep PSW’s digital platforms up-to-date with timely and relevant material by supervising their planning and publication.
• Help smaller PSW affiliates by providing them with help and direction.
