For the upcoming school year, Newton British School in Al Waab is looking for passionate, flexible, and dedicated Early Years and Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teachers to join our thriving team in Key Stages 1 and 2.

We received our 3-year accreditation from the Qatar National School Accreditation team (QNSA) in November of 2021. This was followed by achieving British Schools Overseas (BSO) accreditation in May 2022, as required by the United Kingdom’s Department of Education.

For the next 2024/2025 school year, Newton British School in Al Waab is looking to add dynamic, flexible, and dedicated EYFS Teachers to our staff.

The children at Newton British School, Al Waab have access to a wide variety of learning experiences in a range of disciplines at our international school, which was founded in 2008 and follows the English National Curriculum. The Newton Group, of which the school is a part, was founded in 2006 and is currently the largest network of private schools in Qatar. Its member schools include a number of foreign institutions that teach the English National Curriculum.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Have a minimum of two years’ experience teaching the English National Curriculum and a teaching credential recognized by the state. A Bachelor of Education is required.
• Be imaginative, interactive, and upbeat in and out of the classroom.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in information technology and strong people skills for effective collaboration with faculty, students, and parents.
• Can prove their full-time student status with a letter and transcripts from their alma mater.
• In accordance with MOEHE’s standards and regulations.
• Disclosures, Police Clearances, and ICPCs available for former employment
