Job Duties and Overview:

• Management of the entire cleaning staff, including recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and evaluation. Offering direction, backing, and leadership to strengthen operations.
• Maintaining a spotless and sanitary facility requires the creation and implementation of cleaning schedules, processes, and standards. Making sure that norms are being upheld.
• Managing inventory levels of cleaning materials, linens, and equipment. Obtaining supplies as required while staying within financial limits.
• Maintaining clean and presentable rooms, common areas, and infrastructure through routine inspections. fixing problems as soon as they are discovered.
• Working in tandem with other services to provide a unified atmosphere for visitors. Responding quickly and courteously to guests’ questions, concerns, and requests for housekeeping services.
• Providing housekeeping staff with formal training to guarantee they have the skills they need to do their jobs effectively. Maintaining a high level of performance through consistent mentoring.
• Upholding safety and sanitary standards in compliance with regulations and industry best practices. Establishing and maintaining rigorous security measures for the housekeeping staff.
• Providing budgetary input via suggestions and analysis of housekeeping operations. Keeping an eye on spending and making sure things are managed properly.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and paperwork relating to housekeeping tasks, including inventory, cleaning schedules, and coworker performance.
• Taking stock of housekeeping operations and developing plans to boost effectiveness, output, and customer service.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Proven ability to manage, instruct, and inspire team members is crucial.
• Experience with upscale hotel chains is a plus.
• Housekeeping management experience is required.
• Experience in the Front Desk or Rooms Division is a plus.
• Superior abilities in analysis, problem-solving, and decision making; expert level knowledge of interior design and aesthetics as they pertain to a high-end brand setting.
• Detail-oriented and adept of handling many tasks and priorities.
