- AUD 20-30 per hour
Job Duties and Overview:
- Securing and confining cargo safely according to operational needs; loading and unloading of general, over-dimensional, and chilled freight
- Performing pre-start inspections on vehicles
- Getting goods to and from client locations and depots in a timely and secure way
- Verifying that all freight documents are aligned
Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate
- Present MC Certification as a driver and two years of relevant work experience
- Proven ability to operate twin and triple axle road trains
- One must have prior expertise in refrigeration as well as basic freight.
- A valid forklift license is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- License to transport hazardous materials (recommended but not required)
