Job Duties and Overview:

• Always be professional, kind, and interesting to interact with.
• Meet and greet guests, take their information, and settle their bills in accordance with established service standards.
• Keep detailed records of all money dealings and transactions (including currency conversion and float balance maintenance) that occur during the day.
• Deal with inquiries, problems, and requests from guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Advocate for an atmosphere of professionalism within teams
• Adhere to all service standards, departmental policies, and procedures
• Maintains an exemplary level of service to both internal and external customers at all times Completes any and all additional assignments given by management
• Go above and beyond to make it more unique for each customer
• Exhibit the hotel’s amenities with pride while actively seeking out ways to upsell guests on additional services to improve their stay.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Possess strong verbal and written English skills; fluency in a second language is a plus
• It is advantageous to have prior expertise and knowledge of property management.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office for Windows
• Competence in multitasking in a high-pressure setting Capacity to pay close attention to guests’ demands while maintaining composure and politeness
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Suitable for shifts requiring standing for eight hours or more
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds is a must.
