Your primary responsibility will be to steer the branch toward optimal performance and operating standards, which will allow us to fulfill our Customer Promise.

Salary General Assistant job:

  • GBP 10-15 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

  • Making ensuring the branch runs well and that the right policies and procedures are in place to prioritize the customer
  • Contributing to the Fleet team while maintaining a focus on the client
  • Constantly keeping coworkers focused on delivering a safety-first culture
  • Making the retail counter experience better for customers by streamlining procedures for returns, credits, and warranties and improving customer service.
  • Assisting the cash register in maintaining industry-leading retail standards to guarantee first-rate service to customers.
  • Managing the time it takes for a product to get from “pick” to “manifest” and meeting or exceeding all SLAs is essential to providing excellent customer support.
  • Assisting the branch with deliveries as needed and making sure it is prepared for expansion by providing first-rate customer service and meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Great communication skills demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships.
  • Be able to Utilise technology to execute comprehensive fleet checks and delivering a zero accident mentality whilst delivering a safety first culture for all employees and members of the public.
