Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant has at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Can lead his/her team by having strong decision-making skills.
  • They can manage financial plans.
  • Having strong leadership qualities to guide his team, motivate them to perform tasks, and hold them accountable.
  • The individuals must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

  • The applicants can propose the best practices that result in organizational success.
  • Monitor, Train, and Hire the operational staff on the level of their expertise.
  • Conduct and evaluate the risk assessment of potential hazards that occur during the operational activities.
  • To make sure that all the machinery and equipment are in working condition and operational to avoid any hazards during the operations.
  • Can lead the team in the right direction and provide monthly reports to the management team.
  • Produce and implement the HR policies.
