Salary Grounds & Maintenance Officer job:

• AUD 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Take care of any and all machinery, equipment, and tools that need fixing or maintaining.
• Maintain and repair the building on a regular basis, such as mending leaky faucets and loose hinges.
• All gardening tasks, including trimming, weeding, hedging, and mowing, must done promptly and to a high standard.
• Maintain a safe environment for the use and storage of all supplies and gardening tools.
• Beds are stripped and all linens are removed from the villas, and the exterior (including the deck, the pathway, and the windows) is cleaned and maintained.
• Cleaning out the trash cans and fixing up the garden are two other chores.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Knowledge of basic repairs and maintenance techniques
• Possessing an upbeat demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays
