This position will report to the Supervisor of Grounds at Coffs Holiday Parks and will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day responsibilities.
We may keep you on file for future opportunities, including casual and part-time work, at Holiday Parks, when we have openings based on operational needs.

• AUD 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Maintenance of Gardens and Outdoor Spaces.
• Cleaning of amenities, cabins, and facilities as required.
• Pickup and disposal of trash.
• Helping out contractors on-site and making sure repairs are completed to code.
• Maintain and operate all equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and Council policies.
• Keep the public updated about planned maintenance to reduce disruptions to the park’s guests and maintain high standards of service.
• Ability to handle gardening and maintenance equipment and hand tools safely; familiarity with tiny plants.
• The expertise to communicate successfully across many platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Competence in organizing and prioritizing work.

• Compensation $53,789 per year plus benefits
• Award increase of 6.5 percent paid out in equal installments throughout 2024 and 2025.
• Multiple locations along the Coffs Coast.
• Long service leave after 5 years of employment.
