Job Duties and Overview:

• When appropriate, the maximum age for selection is 55 years.
• Eligibility is based on recruiting criteria, capacity/quality, and the applicant’s or candidate’s exceptional experience/accomplishments in a connected sector.
• There has already been an adjustment for age.
• Basic Literacy (Urdu and English Required)

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Declutter and disinfect workstations, files, and records;
• The office kitchen and break room should be kept clean at all times.
• Put office utility bills in the bank, mail out letters.
• Guests’ and employees’ tea and coffee needs are met according to the established schedule.
• Bring food and water to the table and get drinks.
• Oversee the transfer of “Dak” documents between desks and locations inside the workplace, as well as between departments;
• Serve notifications or any other legal letters to the concerned person/office;
• Help out around the office with photocopying, organising meetings and workshops, and other similar duties.
• Make sure there is enough soap, hand towels, and toilet paper on hand;
• Keep on working in the office until everything is running smoothly, and do any other tasks that may be assigned.
