To submit a request for maintenance, use the HotSOS system.
With the Housekeeping Manager’s help, keep track of all misplaced and recovered belongings.

Job Duties and Overview:
- Respond to any incoming calls at the housekeeping department’s main line Make sure that all employees sign in and out of their devices

- Oversee special requests from VIPs and early arrivals by keeping housekeeping supervisors informed of room priorities in a timely manner.
- Revise the extra credits, cribs, and rollaway beds.
- Please ensure that the Executive Housekeeper is notified of any requests received from the Serviced Apartments.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate
- Must completed senior year of high school or its equivalent
- A bachelor’s degree or higher national diploma in business management, hospitality, or the equivalent preferred.
- Working in a five-star hotel setting for at least a year required.
- One year of experience cleaning houses is required.
- It is advantageous to have prior job experience in the Middle East.
- Proficiency in cleaning, chemicals, linens, and machinery required.
- Encouraging mindset and adept at resolving issues
