• AUD 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Keep Records Regarding Food Safety.
• Arrange the dining room and kitchen so that meals can be served.
• Get the residents their food and put them away.
• Collect and distribute meal trays.
• Create and serve hot beverages and other fluids to the residents.
• Gather all serving utensils and liquid containers, and wash them after each use.
• Execute orders, prepare and store food, and oversee various food items.

   

• As needed, mop the floors.
• Maintain a regular vacuuming regimen.
• Get rid of trash by collecting it.
• Rooms should have their lockers and bedside tables cleaned.
• Keep the restrooms and commodes clean as required.
• Dust and spot clean surfaces.
• Keep the windows in public spaces clean.
• Make sure to follow the cleaning schedule when cleaning resident rooms and communal areas.
• Clean the clothes of the residents.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Always remember the HLTFSE001 guidelines for basic food safety.
• Exhibited a courteous and person-centered demeanour towards patients, visitors, and staff members.
• While not required, prior experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.
