Job Duties and Overview:

  • Complete regular building projects linked to the parks and open spaces managed by the council
  • Maintain the plant, its equipment, and the infrastructure of the Council by operating and inspecting it daily.
  • Bring your A-game to team activities like toolbox and safety briefings. creation of risk-free work procedures, taking part in regular
  • performance reviews with the appropriate Team Leader, and bringing up concerns or queries as met with approval.
  • Complete all specified and required training and development tasks by the due dates.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

  • Possess a Certificate III in Landscape Construction or have comparable work experience.
  • Exhibited expertise in a range of construction and maintenance tasks requiring physical effort.
  • Hepatitis and tetanus vaccinations must be administered.
  • Present valid driver’s licence from the state of New South Wales; readiness to obtain light rigid (LR) during probationary period of six months.
