Job Duties and Overview:

  • Management of both skilled and unskilled personnel, and the distribution of daily tasks among them.
  • Maintenance documentation prep (including review and logging).
  • Interact with housing allocation team for recording the accommodation availability and preparing the same for allocation.
  • Make sure that employees get access to housing as soon as possible by working with the HR / Property Manager and the administrator of the User departments.
  • Help the Property Manager out with the creation of acceptance documents upon taking possession of a new property and the preparation of handover documentation upon its return.
  • Distribute tasks and evaluate progress to other Company employees who are responsible for Maintenance.
  • Aid Maintenance in keeping track of the business vehicles they use and the money they spend on gas.
  • Ensuring proper inventory levels maintained at TL and Building outlets.
  • Make a list of all the maintenance supplies you’ll need in bulk and provide it to the storekeeper in advance.
  • Help compile data and provide input into Call Off contract formulation for stock.
  • Audit the inventory records of corporate lodgings upon employee check-in and check-out.
  • Direct and indirect employees and oversee the optimal use of resources. Using resources effectively means that they are put to good use; using them efficiently
  • means that they aren’t wasted via either overuse or underuse.
  • Be sure that everything you do complies with corporate policy.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head that are relevant to the position held.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

  • Specialist with at least a bachelor’s degree who also has an associate’s in an electrical or mechanical discipline. necessary minimum work experience of 5 years
  • Three to five years’ experience in a comparable role is preferred, with at least three of those years spent working in the Gulf region.
  • Experience managing hotels, motels, hospitals, or other similar establishments for a minimum of four to five years is required.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once and set priorities
  • Proven track record of coordinating with Construction Firms on projects involving Employee Housing
