Job Duties and Overview:

• Maintains constant vigilance over swimmers to guarantee their protection.
• Treats swimmers’ minor injuries, including scrapes and bruises, using first aid techniques.
• Cleans and stocks the locker rooms, restrooms, and showers as needed.
• Substantiates with the department manager in planning member clinics and individual swimming instruction.
• Ensures compliance with behavioral standards.
• Among the tasks performed is vacuuming the pool and testing the chemicals.
• Verifies first aid supplies and promptly notifies management of any shortages.
• Plan and oversees pool activities continuously; proposes activities to played at the poolside.
• Empties the automatic skimmer and skims the pool surface to remove dirt and bugs in preparation for daily use.
• At the conclusion of each day, tidy up and arrange the pool area.
• Keeps any and all records deemed essential by the head of the relevant department.
• Work performance is enhanced by incorporating safe work practices.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Experience as a lifeguard for at least two (2) years is required.
• Water safety and instructor credentials, as well as cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, are necessary.
• Consistent and dependable presence.
• Experience with relevant health laws and familiarity with generally accepted sanitation practices.
