Salary Maintenance Officer job:

• AUD 20-30 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Offering the College a range of maintenance and repair services
• Helping with event preparation and clean-up, moving furniture, and assisting the MLC gardeners as needed.
• Finalize College necessary reporting duties
• Keeping an eye out for suspicious activity on campus and reporting it right away
• Keep an eye on the pool’s water chemistry and filtration system every day, and inform the maintenance supervisor of any problems you see.
• Assisting the MLC gardeners with campus landscaping as needed Relevant experience and/or education
• Proven skill in employing technological resources
• Possessing the Discretion and Confidentiality Required for Professional Conduct
• A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
• Possess a high degree of honesty and integrity while remaining open to new ideas
