Daily operations in the traction workshops fall within the purview of the maneuver or maneuvers. Job Duties and Overview:

• Using bulky tools such as carts, high-pressure washing machines, brooms, and shovels
• Producing cars, trucks, and even elevator chariots and grues
• To Control Locomotives
• Regular contact with extreme temperatures, cold, water, noise, and potentially hazardous substances like oils, fats, battery acid, and steam.
• Wearing protective clothing and gear is a must.
• Working at Heights and Using Fall Arrest Equipment
• We routinely handle and transport loads weighing up to 50 pounds (and even 85 pounds)
• Ability to crouch, climb, maintain balance, descend, accroup, agenuously, and perform tasks above one’s head

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Legal Driver’s License Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Competence in working independently, adjusting to novel situations, and handling stress effectively are all essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
• Good verbal and written comprehension, as well as strong writing skills; the ability to assess wear and tear on objects and identify defects;
• The pressure to do a good job while adhering to quality and safety standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Integration of efforts
• Professional or technical training, or familiarity with the Railway Operating Regulations (Regulation)
