• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Help the Project Coordinator set up the Global Knowledge Event and organize the rest of the project’s genesis phase;
• After the inception phase is over, you can help revise the project’s theory of change, results framework, monitoring framework, and implementation strategy by contributing to the production of the revised project document and the inception phase report.
• Create a map using the project’s baseline data to visualize the various deliverables;

   

• Take charge of coordinating the creation of donor narrative reports;
• Provide guidance to the project personnel as needed and aid the project team in making sure all project outputs adhere to the UNESCO Principles on Personal Data Protection and Privacy.
• Create a database to track project outcomes as they are implemented through data collecting and analysis.
• Consult with UNESCO’s specific bodies and implementing partners to harmonize data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders (UNESCO entities, project team in Paris, Riyadh, and Doha, and any relevant stakeholders) to implement and routinely use the necessary monitoring instruments;
• Give constant backing to cutting-edge techniques for measuring and keeping tabs on progress.
• Help initiate, coordinate, and carry out the project’s assessment.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Degree from an accredited college or university in a field linked to international development, such as international relations, statistics, economics, finance, the social sciences, or public administration.

   

• Experience in developing and executing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) strategy, data management systems, and tools for international development activities totaling at least four years.
  Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian environment and prior work experience in the UN System are both pluses.
