Job Duties and Overview:

• Solutions for climate-smart agriculture (CSA)
• that benefit smallholder farmers should be promoted and stakeholder capacities should be increased.
• In order to help agribusinesses and value chains adapt to climate change,
• it is important to encourage large and small enterprises to change their focus.
• Helping out with energy colleagues to put CSA practices into action through technical means
• Educating various groups on CSA solutions through training sessions.
• Help develop and carry out tasks according to the project strategy for the year.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Agricultural or related bachelor’s degree plus three years of work experience, OR high school diploma plus five years of experience,
• Extensive background working with agroforestry, conservation farming, integrated water resource management, and other climate smart agriculture practices in rural regions for more than three years
• Relevant work experience in a relevant field Energy from renewable sources, youth employment (self-employment), gender,
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; experience leading trainings in challenging environments
• Possessing computer literacy, prior experience in the private sector,
• Possessing fluency in both written and spoken English, as well as various local languages, is considered an advantage.
