Job Duties and Overview:

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

  • Get your nursing degree from a recognized institution.
  • Maintaining a BCCNM registration
  • Acute care experience spanning five years, including one year in a supervisory capacity.
  • It is beneficial to have a mix of education, training, and supervisory experience.
  • Ready to finish in a year or not?
  • ACLS/TNCC or open to finishing within a year.
  • One advantage would be PALS.
  • Showcased strong clinical knowledge and ability to lead.
  • Displayed proficiency in interacting with others and conveying ideas effectively.
  • Competence in fostering a risk-free area for patient treatment.
  • Skill in collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to achieve common goals.
  • Capacity to keep patients’ loved ones in a positive light.
  • Competence at resolving conflicts and solving problems autonomously.
  • The ability to physically carry out the responsibilities of the job.
