Job Duties and Overview:

• As part of your job, you should do risk assessments.
• Always double-check your tools, the ground, your supplies, and your survey and drill plans before turning them on or turning them off.
• Make small adjustments as needed and use the Top Hammer and ITHH drill rigs to drill holes according to the design as shown in the drill plans.
• Carry out start-up and end-of-job site preparation, packing, and cleanup, and sign off as needed.
• Complete drilling report sheets correctly (containing issues encountered, job condition, and pertinent information) and take part in shift changeover.
• Approach to teamwork in the style of a mentor. Exemplify the desired behavior and perform all duties to the best of your ability.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Certified in first aid and trained to operate production drills utilized on the job site
• Valid driver’s license (automatic vehicle operation is preferred)
• Having worked as an underground miner for at least two years

• Basis pay range: NZ$135,000.00 – NZ$152,000.00, experience determining
