Help with manufacturing by assembling products and operating machinery or equipment to meet customer specifications. Executes manufacturing control, transportation, electrocoat, stamping, or repetitive tasks.

Communicates immediately with team leader in the event of suspect conditions or faulty materials. Keeps work environment and equipment neat and tidy and in compliance with all safety standards. May be asked to operate at various workstations or switch between procedures as needed by the business. Makes recommendations to enhance efficiency, quality, and security.

Job Duties and Overview:

• Physically moving objects weighing up to 33 pounds is required on a regular basis.
• Machine is started, feed is engaged, and operation is observed.
• As needed, inspect and measure produced goods to ensure they meet standards.
• To make necessary adjustments to the machine, simply move the knobs and guides.
• As needed, replace worn-out machine parts.
• Maintain the machine’s controls and guides, making adjustments as necessary.
• To guarantee Safety and Quality, carry out responsibilities in accordance with established protocols.
• Ongoing verbal and written reporting must be maintained and completed.
• In the event of an unusual occurrence, notify the team or group leader and adhere to the Stop, Call, and Wait protocol.
• Check for material, part, and component compliance by conducting necessary tests and inspections.
• Use portable machinery in a safe manner.
• Properly assemble items and/or their pieces by following established work instructions.
• Reach predetermined objectives within allotted time frames
• Use certified equipment in accordance with established safety protocols.
• Proceed to the next stage of production while ensuring the product meets all quality and safety standards.
• Every day, standing and walking for the whole of the shift.
• Seeing, using one’s hands and fingers repeatedly, and being able to extend one’s arms and hands are all necessary abilities.
• Capable of working overtime and switching shifts as needed.
• Show up on a consistent basis

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• It is preferred that you have prior expertise in manufacturing.
• Capacity to comprehend and carry out directions
• Capability to successfully complete an aptitude test administered prior to employment.
• A consistent work history is ideal.
• The workplace is an industrial office or plant.
• The worker subjected to high noise levels and frequent mobility within an industrial complex, where equipment used for stamping, welding, and Ecoat is commonplace.
