Assisting and supervising the Public Area Attendants in keeping the area clean and safe is the primary responsibility of this position. Employee interactions, scheduling, and monitoring work would be the primary responsibilities.
The Public Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of the casino and reports to the Public Area Manager. They will provide duties and instructions to the Public Area Attendants.

Job Duties and Overview:

• Employees should be scheduled according to the needs of the company.
• Document and keep track of attendance and time.
• Notify the right person if something needs fixing or replacing.
• Keep all cleaning supplies in their designated areas and the entire cleaning area neat and organized at all times.
• Find out what the rules are for your employment in terms of required care requirements.
• Returned items must be turned in.

• Maintain correct storage of combustible products; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete all required safety training and certifications; and adhere to all other applicable company and security policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Competence in providing excellent customer service.
• You must have computer skills.
• Able to remain composed when faced with adversity.
• Must have prior supervisory experience, ideally in a similar field.
• Needs to be a natural communicator
• The ideal applicant is well organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to stand or walk for eight hours daily is required.
