Job Duties and Overview:

• Assume complete accountability for the duties of the security personnel in overseeing and enforcing security policies and procedures in conformity with Novotel standards and all applicable local requirements.
• Educate and cultivate hotel staff in fire safety measures in accordance with local civil defense regulations.
• Each report of an event, loss, or accident must be thoroughly investigated, reviewed, and followed up on.
• Keeping the organization’s data and information accessible, consistent, and secure is their responsibility.
• Maintains the secrecy of all information pertaining to the organization and its employees, and shows respect for discussions regarding employees’ abilities and organizational matters.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Proficient in resolving conflicts and interacting with others.
• Ideally with a background of two years’ experience working as a hotel security guard.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Getting a Grip on Room Service at Hotels.
• Customer-Focused Strategies.
• Being capable of juggling multiple tasks at once
