Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Consult with the business and analytics team to determine needs and propose a development strategy.
• Maintains consistent communication with higher-ups in the company
• Collaborate with different technical staff members to find solutions and inform IT and operations about the system and business effects
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to document and analyze current business processes and find ways to make better use of new technology resources
• Facilitate the definition of business and system needs by research, analysis, and workshops on use cases and business requirements.
• Get the necessary paperwork done for the company
• Fill out the relevant forms to help with the documentation of the system’s intended functionality. Technical papers for use cases
• Create test strategies for applications, run them, and record the outcomes.
• Full documentation of data mapping (both logical and physical models), data profiling, transformations, and rule generation
• Collaborate with the business groups to assess and clarify technical needs, as well as to determine the potential consequences, hazards, and advantages of potential solutions.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Applicant

• Working in tandem with end-users of business applications, we will determine what they need and then collect relevant data to provide detailed logical and physical requirements.
• Build development artifacts including workflow diagrams, business rules, data mapping spreadsheets, and wireframes that include comprehensive functional requirements.
• Make use of UML diagrams including Activity, Sequence, and Use Case diagrams. 
• Create BRSs and SRSs, or business requirement specifications, for software.
• Have the business users check and approve the requirements.
• Facilitate communication between the development team and the business users
• Work in tandem with the development and quality assurance teams to clarify system requirements.
• Leveraging change management, end-user training, and UAT to ensure a seamless transformation of business processes
• Maintain consistent provision of IT services to back up regular company operations
• Capture and analyze company data to guarantee continual process improvement.
• Create, track, and update project timelines
